Vegetable Flowers

The purpose of this project was to look at vegetables in a unique way, so I carved them into various floral shapes and photographed them as works of art rather than as food.  At first glace the viewer believes they are looking at a flower, and then upon closer observation, realizes it is actually a vegetable!
